1. General Introduction and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the nnkk platform ("Platform" or "nnkk") and its users ("you" or "member"). By registering on nnkk, logging into an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have given your full consent to all of these terms and conditions.

2.2 Registration Process and Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being immediately closed, and any unearned winnings will be considered void. nnkk reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating more than one account by a single user is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Personal Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your nnkk account password and login information completely confidential. You will be fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account, whether or not they were authorized by you.

You must follow these precautions:

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.

nnkk will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the nnkk platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same across all methods).

Keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account closure.
• Once the deposit amount is confirmed, it will be added to your nnkk wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal via the same method used for the deposit will be given priority.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, nnkk reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Transaction Verification

nnkk reserves the right to verify any transaction to prevent money laundering and ensure financial security. As part of verification, you may be asked to submit proof of identity and payment method.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nnkk offers new members a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific terms that are stated in the offer details.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Only eligible account holders may apply for bonus offers.
• A user may not claim a specific promotion more than once.
• nnkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

nnkk's VIP program has 4 tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Stay active and keep gaming consistently to move up to higher tiers.

6. Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

nnkk is fully committed to fair play. All our games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unbiased.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nnkk and may result in account closure and cancellation of winnings:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or use of software tools.

• Collusion or conspiring with other members.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any attempt at unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session or shows an erroneous result due to a technical issue, nnkk reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are not final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nnkk's total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount you have deposited.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by nnkk

nnkk may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is any available balance at the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution process:

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
